Boochcraft is the first California hard kombucha brewery out of San Diego, CA established in 2016. Boochcraft uses traditional kombucha methods, and ferments our in-house kombucha a second time to make a hard kombucha then infuses with fresh pressed juice, juiced in-house using all organic ingredients. If you've ever had traditional kombucha, we raise the bar by raising the ABV to 7%.
